Project Life: Week 30

Project Life Weekly Share

Our first weekend with me back at work had both of the littles running low fevers and fighting colds. Poor Travis had the worst of it since this was the first time he's not felt well.

After not doing anything crafty all week I was able to finish two weeks of Project Life this weekend by keeping it simple.

Today I'm sharing one of those two weeks completed, Week 30.

I've continued to use Marcy Penner's planning pages to help edit myself and while it is an investment of time while printing my pictures it saves me tons of time putting the week together.

So excited to have picked up the Cherry Edition. Love the designs on the journaling cards. They made great backdrops for my Instagram pictures. I was curious to see how the Cherry Edition would work with the Clementine and Cobalt editions and I would say it works pretty well.

I'm finding that my favorite thing to use in my album are stamp sets and hands down my favorites are from Studio Calico. I just picked these and these up and used them this week. They dress up a grid journaling card just enough.

I had a chance to photograph several weeks so I'm hoping to share a few more layouts this week. I have two prior weeks and the current week to work on which I call close enough to current so I'm doing a happy dance over here.

This weekend gave me hope that if I choose and print my pictures during the week I should have enough time over the weekend to pull the week together. I'm going to test this theory this week so I'll let you know how it goes!

Hope you are having a great Monday. Don't forget you can still enter my plastics giveaway here. I'll be back tomorrow with the winner.

The Cherry edition is so pretty! And I have to agree with you with the new stamp sets. I'm planning to use mine when I work on my PL later today. Fun!

I absolutely *LOVE* planning my pages, gives me an idea what pictures to print and where to fill in my journal cards. I think it saves me a TON of time when I'm able to do that. I also ordered the Cherry Edition and love it but will probably save it for next year's album. I also just bought some stamps to use in it although I have several sets that I use-but a great way to embellish. Love seeing your assembling of your weekly pages and how wonderful they all come together. Thanks for sharing!
