Journaling: I'm going to come clean. When our trash pick up schedule changed last year & we were encouraged to recycle more I was furious. I don't have anything against the Earth I just don't appreciate being told what to do. I'm here to say I'm glad we were pushed into reclying more. I've come to realize that what we do today will impact you & your future family. So, now I happily repurpose where we can, use brown bags instead of plastics, take in our own bag when we can, and are generally kinder to the planet. Now we have conversations about recycling & loving our Earth. Yes, I've gone green for You! love Mom
Soon Garrett & I have a date to watch Disney's new movie Earth. (Warning: This link takes you to loud music if your volume is up.) We are beyond excited to watch animals for 90 minutes!

Monica, I LOVE this layout! So, so cute. I forgot it was earth day, but I'm so glad I remembered to take my reusable bags into the grocery store today. It's to the point that I feel guilty about using the plastic bags! And it was very considerate of you to warn of the loud music. :-)

Great layout Mon. In case you were not aware there are a number of animal deaths in Earth. One mom described how all the kids in the theater were cheering for an elk fleeing from a wolf. It looked like he had made it. Then he tripped and the wolf "won". Just wanted you to be aware so you could prepare.
