Love a Good Deal (Edited)

As you may have guessed I have a lot of pictures to print. Which is why I love the specials that Walgreens frequently runs. Not only do they have good specials but you are able to pick up in store in most cases the same day. Fantastic news for those of us LOM Alumni who just can't wait to stuff our storage binders.

Here are their latest specials. The first is GETFIFTY. If you order has 50 or more 4x6 prints they are all priced at 10cents a print. This is a pretty good deal by itself since you can pick up in store and bypass shipping.

Coupon code GETFIFTY valid for up to five uses per account through August 30, 2008. Online orders must include 50 or more 4x6 prints at time of checkout to qualify. All print orders containing 50 or more prints will be priced as $.10 per print. Coupon code must be entered at time of checkout to apply discount. Coupon code does not apply toward taxes or shipping charges. Orders must be placed by logged-in customer by August 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time to qualify. Timing will be determined by Walgreens server clock. Offer valid online only.

The second coupon is $10 off a $40 purchase in store and in the email I received it said "Redeemable for your photo purchases too". So, I think you can place your order online but if you choose to pay in the store you can use this coupon.

Valid in Walgreens stores on Friday, August 29 and Saturday, August 30, 2008 only, during regular store hours. Excludes alcohol, tobacco, prescriptions, prescription copays, gift cards, pre-paid cards and items prohibited by law. Purchase amount of $40 or more must be before taxes and after coupons and discounts. Limit one coupon per customer per offer. Cash value 1/100¢. No cash back.

I know this is extremely short notice but with these two offers combined I think you can get 400 prints for a little under 8cents a print. I'm not 100% sure this will work but I'm going to try. At the very worst you don't get the $10 off.

In case you are wondering, yes I have at least 400 pictures to print. I am a woman with a little over 12,000 pictures in my Photoshop Elements Catalog.

Edited: As I was falling to sleep I realized I did bad math this morning before I had my coffee. For some reason I was using 800 prints in my calculation. Which of course, was incorrect. That's what I get for rushing a post without my morning coffee. So, if you noticed and didn't correct me you are too kind. If you hadn't noticed - never mind.... I have the correct calculation up above now!
