Wednesday Weigh In

Beginning: 170.1
Total Gain/(Loss): (5.1)

Biggest Changes: I was a camel and pretty much drank water all week.

Here's what went well: I made it to the 5lb mark!!!! I know that it not a huge amount but it is alot when you are only 5'1'' :) Also, very good with my daytime eating and drinking.

Area for improvement: Seriously need to exercise. Also, I must get my dinners under control. I just love to eat yummy food.

Confessional: Still enjoyed dinner this week but not as much as last week.

YAY! GOod job! I also lost 5.5 lbs :) I don't know if you got my email, but excersise and portion control is key! Really it is. Think of 80/20 when you are doing this-80% good for you foods and you can still enjoy the foods that you love 20%--in moderation. Keep it up! :)

Congrats on the loss! Good on water! We went to our State Fair yesterday & I'm so lucky it was way too hot to really eat - I love yummy food too! lol Hope you have another great week!
