I throw my hands up in the air sometimes
Saying ay-oh, gotta let go.
I wanna celebrate and live my life
Saying ay-oh, baby let's go.
being sung by Taio Cruz my heart bursts with joy, I can't help but smile, and I must bop in my seat. The song Dynamite captures in words & beat my feelings about 2010. Simply put this year has been awesome.
My one little word for 2010 was Still and it referenced the state of my heart & soul. In anticipation of all the changes that were going to come at us I wanted to have a focus that would be my calm in the middle of the storm, very much like the eye of a tornado.
As I reflected back on the year in pictures I realized my word truly did guide me through the year. With life swirling around I was able to be still & focus on my little family. By using my word as my guide I was OK with letting go of everything else & focusing on what was most important.
Tonight as I reflect on & celebrate a beautiful year I share my favorite blessings of 2010.
Thank you to everyone who has continued to share my life long after all the crafting goodness faded into the distance. I sincerely appreciate your comments along the way. I'm looking forward to 2011 and hoping that my one little word for the year will have me visiting here more often to share both family updates & crafting goodness once again.
I hope each & everyone of you are able to reflect on the joys of 2010 and look forward to the endless possibility of 2011 tonight. Happy New Year!

Beautiful pictures and beautiful words. You really have a way with words too. I wish I could speak from the heart the way you do. Sometimes the words come easily and sometimes they don't.
I look forward to our journey with our 'word' and maybe our Project Life.
Happy New Year.
