Show & Tell and an Ella Giveaway

Good Morning!

I am so excited about today. For the first time, in a very long time, my PDA said no appointments this morning. Beyond giddy about this.

Last weekend I made good progress in Owen's room & this weekend is all about the fun stuff, decorating! I made my first visit ever to Anthropolgie this week & picked up a few little touches. I'm really loving the way his room is coming together.

In other news, I scrapped this week! I know, a shocker :) I can't share the whole layout just yet but here is a peek.

What I can share is a layout that is in the May issue of Scrapbook Ellaments. Our challenge was to use only five products.

Since I'm usually light on products it was actually a challenge for me to get to five products! This month's issue is fantastic, be sure you stop by to check it out here.

Supplies: Studio Calico April Kit + American Crafts Letter Stickers

Journaling: It's likely he'll never remember living in our first home. Where we brought him home from the hospital. Where he took his first steps, said his first word, had his first birthday. But I will always cherish the memories made in this home. Louisville, KY

Another layout went live this week in the Library of Memories Classroom. I can't believe this is our last week of class, it was another great session. I just adore being a trainer in the classroom.

For a bit of goodbye, Stacy challenged us to capture a person we love, something that makes us happy, a photo taken at 4:29PM, a place we go every week, and a happy picture of us.

Supplies: Studio Calico March Kit

This week there was a big announcement in the classroom. A new LOM Alumni classroom will open on July 1, 2010. I know I'm going to be there & hope to see many of you as well. You can read more about it here. I've had a sneak peek & I promise it's going to be fun!

And now for the giveaway!! I have two copies of Picture Perfect by by Becky Novaceck, Elisha Snow & Kelly Noel. I've been able to go through the eBook & it's full of great tips. Of course, I focused on Chapter 1, Babies.

All you have to do is leave a comment telling me what you are thankful for today. I'll close comments on Sunday night & post the winners Monday morning.

Have a beautiful weekend & Happy Mother's Day!

Today, I'm thankful that we found a great hiking trail in our new town and that my boys were old enough to scoot and ride on their own and thoroughly enjoy it.

I am also thankful that you shared about the LOM Alumni classroom! I have been totally out of touch with the class for the last month and am excited about this new opportunity to stay connected.

I am thankful for modern medicine -- without it I may never have became a mother.
