She has been a strong presence in my life since I was in Jr High and I am better for knowing her. I was thrilled to be able to celebrate with her.
I do believe this is my favorite picture. I have no idea what was being said but I love the tender moment it captured. I do hope to age as gracefully as my mother and grandmother have.
