Glad to see a loss this week. I wanted to do more walking this last week but my plans were foiled. I've come down with some combination of cold and allergies and just feel cruddy.
I'm toying with trying to start running again. Years ago for a short time period I was running six miles a day, 3 in the morning and 3 at night with only a 30 minute time commitment each way and dream of getting back to that. Once I commit internally, I'll post the month long schedule of mileage and start tracking that here.
Its not been a great week, post coming later, and I have wanted to retreat to comfort foods but stopped myself. That is such a huge win for me. I used to thing when things weren't going my way I deserved to indulge and now I see that is only hurting myself more.
Mitch & I committed this morning to getting back to healthier dinners so hopefully that will pay off next week. I would still love to break 160 before my birthday and I'm looking at about a months time.
